Possible exchange but no email replies

I emailed two email addresses regarding the hoodie asking about sizing of the XXL and no one’s got back to me. I wanted to see if the XXL was longer in length but still same length in arms. If it was I was going to ask to exchange the XL for an XXL but can’t get through to anyone.
